We are committed to ensuring that your solution is fully functional and meets all of your expectations, which is why we offer the following audio visual maintenance services and packages.
This is a complimentary service. Following installation, if you experience issues with the solution after the installation within the first few weeks of completion, engineers will visit your site to troubleshoot the problem and do everything they can to get it up and running again.
We offer a chargeable annual service maintenance package, which involves a twice-yearly full service of any nominated equipment from projectors and screens to CCTV, access control and automated gates. This ensures that all kit is fully functional; cleaned; realigned or collaborated, where appropriate. You will be left with a report of life expectancy and performance indication of every item of kit serviced during the visit.
Service Level Agreements
More comprehensive maintenance packages are also available, which are priced accordingly. These SLAs allow you to have full support from us on a retainer or a fixed-term basis. This can be adjusted to your own individual requirements and will include some or all of the following;
- Unlimited onsite engineer call out (within 48 hours)
- Monthly or quarterly preventative maintenance visits
- Monthly service meetings
