We are aware that a substantial initial investment has been made by an organisation in securing their building or site and therefore support them to get the most from this investment with a service level agreement. We carry out regular maintenance visits and offer a call out service in the event that there is a fault with the equipment.

Service Level Agreements for CCTV

Our service visits include one planned annual visit every twelve months, servicing and cleaning as required for all-inclusive cameras and inclusive hardware as well as NVR checks and Firmware up-dates.

Each visit will include visual inspections of all camera equipment, operational checks, cleaning/re-aligning where necessary and all access plant required.

Call outs for emergency faults are also part of the service level agreement.

Following the service visit, you will be provided with a detailed report of any equipment that required further attention or replacement.

Service Level Agreements for Access Control

Our planned service visits for access control solutions include an annual planned visit inspection, servicing and cleaning as required.

The planned service visits will include visual inspections of all equipment, operational checks and cleaning/lubricating where necessary. The following equipment will be included in the inspection:

  • Proximity Reader’s
  • Exit Buttons
  • Break Glasses
  • Video Entry Phones
  • Video Intercom Units
  • Locks

  • Firmware upgrades
  • Event Log Errors

Lead-acid batteries, like any critical power source, require consistent care. At Protech Solutions, we recommend:

  • Annual Checks: Perform inspections and take readings every year to catch potential issues like acid leaks, discharge or corrosion early.

  • Replacement Every 3 Years: Lead-acid batteries should ideally be replaced every 3 years to ensure optimal performance and prevent unexpected failures.

Once your equipment is installed, we offer a complimentary follow up if you experience any issues within 1-2 weeks. Thereafter, chargeable AV maintenance services are available to you based on your service requirements. This ensures that all of your equipment is fully functional; cleaned; realigned or collaborated, where appropriate. You will be left with a report of life expectancy and performance indication of every item of kit serviced during the visit. More comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are on offer, which are priced accordingly.
