LED touchscreens are proving more and more popular with our customers. With the continual advancement of interactive technology, Interactive LED Screens such as Clevertouch, BenQ, IIyama, C-Touch and Smart are now much more attainable and affordable. The advantages of the interactive LED touchscreen include superior picture quality, portability and they are not reliant upon a projector. Most interactive LED touchscreens also incorporate a PC, therefore creating a compact solution. One of the biggest advantages of the touchscreen panel over-projection is it’s longevity, boasting twice as much life expectancy than the average projector.

Interactive whiteboards are slowly being replaced with interactive touchscreen panels however, they too maximise the interaction opportunities. Most interactive whiteboards are supplied with software that provides tools and features specifically designed to enhance its use. These generally include the ability to create virtual versions of paper flipcharts with pen and highlighter options and in some cases virtual tools such as rulers and protractors and compasses to emulate traditional classroom teaching tools. Example manufacturers of interactive whiteboards include Smart, Hitachi and Promethean.
