Gails Bakery recently had a brand-new office fit-out and they were looking to achieve video conference room solutions in each of the 10 new meeting rooms. They wanted wireless casting solutions to make for a seamless video conferencing experience.
Gails Bakery came to us to help them complete the fit-out of 10 new meeting rooms. The rooms varied in size and so they required various sized screens to complete the solution.
Of the 10 rooms, 6 of them required touch functionality and 1 required a standard non-interactive screen. All required wireless casting as the customer wanted to be able to push an image up to the screen seamlessly from their laptop without connecting cables. This is powered by BenQ InstaShare, which is fully integrated into the 75inch RE7503 touchscreens in six of the rooms and 65inch ST6502S non-interactive screen in one of the rooms.
The 3 remaining rooms, which were using existing non-BenQ screens, required a direct connect casting solution for visitors, which is being achieved through the BenQ InstaShow. We supplied the VS20 InstaShow devices as they allow a seamless wireless presentation solution whilst giving us the ability to integrate the Logitech Meetup and Rally Bar video conferencing systems into the BenQ solution.
We recommended the BenQ solution at Gails because it meets all the customer’s requirements from budget to functionality.
The customer was looking for touch capability, a high res/high brightness image and wireless casting. It is a tried and tested product and solution that we’ve installed hundreds of times for education and corporate customers, so we have complete faith in the products.

Delegates are able to cast wirelessly to the screens, using the InstaShow and enjoy a high res/high brightness image from both the interactive and non-interactive screens.
