Barnhill Community High School, sometimes shortened to Barnhill, is a coeducational secondary school located in the Yeading area of the London Borough of Hillingdon, England. In 2012 the school converted to an academy.
The objective for this customer was to replace the ageing projector and board classroom solutions with up-to-date LED touchscreen technology. This would enable a smoother teaching process. They wanted to install Smart Interactive Panels for 7 of their classrooms.
The project consisted of the supply and installation of 7 SMART Interactive Panels (E70 screens) complete with AV presentation boxes and soundbars. All were wall-mounted.
Designed specifically for classrooms, the E70 SMART interactive panels combine a premium touch experience with the power of SMART Notebook collaborative learning software on a 70″ display. The anti-glare, high-definition multitouch SMART E70 features freestyle multi-user interaction anywhere on the display with Windows 7 & 8, enabling students to collaborate without limitations.
The school are now looking to install a further 7 x screens and we are very happy to be able to help them with these important updates to their classroom technology.
